Important Information

The iShares MSCI India is traded on the Singapore Stock Exchange under the trading name of "IS MSCI India 100US$". The Manager currently does not intend to make any distribution of the income of iShares MSCI India ("The Fund") to Unitholders. Instead, income of the fund (after payment of the relevant fees and expenses of the fund) will be reinvested in a manner consistent with the investment objective of the fund.

The fund may (i) have a limited duration of 5 years and limited access to FII investment quota; (ii) suffer greater tracking error than typical ETFs as it does not hold Indian Shares directly; and (iii) have risks related to IAPs.
